On the other hand, OSZ provides more specialized vocational training in various fields, equipping students with practical skills for specific professions. Students should consider their interests, strengths, and future career aspirations when deciding between Gymnasium and OSZ. **

Additionally, meeting other criteria such as language proficiency or entrance exams may also be necessary for admission. **

Deciding whether to repeat the 10th grade or attend the IBA-OSZ depends on individual circumstances. If a student feels they need more time to strengthen their academic foundation and improve their grades, repeating the 10th grade may be beneficial. On the other hand, if the student is confident in their abilities and is interested in pursuing a specialized program like the IBA-OSZ, it could be a great opportunity to challenge themselves and gain valuable skills for their future career. Ultimately, the decision should be based on the student's academic goals, strengths, and readiness for the challenges of either option. **

Spirituality and faith are related concepts but not exactly the same. Faith typically refers to a belief in something without requiring evidence, often associated with religious beliefs. On the other hand, spirituality is a broader concept that can encompass a sense of connection to something greater than oneself, a search for meaning and purpose in life, and personal growth and self-awareness. While faith can be a component of spirituality, spirituality can exist without a specific religious belief. **
