To calculate the surface area of question 11a, you would first find the area of each individual face of the shape. Then, you would add up the areas of all the faces to find the total surface area. If the shape is a cube or rectangular prism, you can use the formula 2lw + 2lh + 2wh, where l, w, and h are the length, width, and height of the shape. If the shape is a cylinder, you would use the formula 2πr^2 + 2πrh, where r is the radius and h is the height of the cylinder. **

The choice between a laptop and a Chromebook depends on your specific needs. Laptops are more versatile and powerful, suitable for tasks like video editing, gaming, and running demanding software. On the other hand, Chromebooks are lightweight, affordable, and great for everyday tasks like web browsing, email, and word processing. If you need a device for basic tasks and prefer a simple, user-friendly interface, a Chromebook may be the better choice. However, if you require more power and flexibility, a laptop would be the way to go. **
